Raw Key Lime Pie

This healthy, dairy-free take on traditional key lime pie is so satisfying and packed with healthy fats, protein and fiber. It has all the taste you remember without the guilt!




  • 1 cup almonds raw
  • ¾ cup pitted dates
  • Pinch sea salt




  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ½ cup virgin coconut oil
  • Zest of half a lime



(optional but so good!!!)


  • So Delicious Coco whip or other non-dairy whipped topping



  1. For the crust, pulse all ingredients in a food processor until it forms a coarse meal and begins to stick together. Press into a 9 inch tart or pie pan and refrigerate while making the filling.
  2. To make the filling, blend the avocados, maple syrup, and coconut oil in a food processor until smooth. Add the lime juice, lime zest, vanilla extract and salt and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the filling into the crust. Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours. Serve with whipped topping and enjoy!!!!
